Drawing on a wealth of experience in national and international dinghy sailing, including a previous member of the RYA's Sail for Gold squad for the Atlanta Olympics, Liz Rushall will help you short circuit the learning curve and get to grips with on the water techniques in your dinghy, SB3 or small keelboat.
